PAYMENT
TERMS Visa, Master Card, and American Express are accepted
or money order with ordered. |

BACKORDERS.
All items temporarily out of stock will be back ordered. Back-ordered
items will normally be shipped the same day we receive your parts. |

FREIGHT
CHARGES. All shipments are FOB Northfield, Ohio. Freight
charges are invoiced at cost. Parcel Post and UPS shipments will
be insured, according to value, at our discretion. |

FOREIGN
SALES. All pricing is in U.S. dollars. Because of exchange
rate fluctuations, please make all payments in U.S. funds. Any
exchange rate charges will be billed to the buyer. Any brokerage
fees, taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the buyer.

CHOICE
OF LAW. The terms of sale of purchases from catalog shall
be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
State of Ohio as applied to contracts made and to be performed
in Ohio. Any action(s) arising out of such purchases must be brought
in courts in the County of Summit, State of Ohio. Purchasers consent
to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ohio and to the service of
process by registered mail, return receipt requested, or by any
manner proved by law. |

Any
extra charges incurred for addition services,
such as customer's carrier or special handling by carrier, must
be paid by the consignee |

Title
and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment
to the carrier. If product is damaged in transit, consignee must
file claim with the carrier. |
